Time to start thinking about xmas

I reckon its time i started to think about xmas and make a move on creating some sort of christmas spirit for my site, it takes me a long time to get motivated and im not that good on graphics but if i start early i might get it sorted.
This would be the first year ive ever dressed my site up (if i do) i dont even know if theres a point, does the average shopper surfer care or do they just want to buy and not worry about it have a happy christmas, i dunno but anyway i need to do something to tidy up i had a look at my alexa page loading responce time and it was slow , the other day i was trimming all un nessesarrry html out and validating what i could so hopefully when it updates next month it should have improved , its good to know what you do wrong so you can put it right.
Going to have take some pictures of red leaves i can turn into ivy and stuff
