Ive just talked a friend into blogging

Ive just talked a friend into blogging, she didnt know what one was but once i explained its like an online diary thing and you can uploade pictures and stuff and showed her the site she signed up and got one, i wonder how much she's gonna write in it and what about . Shes scottish and says she can talk for scotland lol so it might be a funny read later.
Here is a link to her blog - justbequick. She wants it to get found when people type in my spraff so im trying to explain to her about backlinks and anchor text at the moment, there are only 3620 pages for that term so it should be fairly easy to do.

I did miss out on the opportunity to get a google refferal, i only remembered this when it was to late. Oh well, i'll remember next time.
